Children learn best when they are free to move, explore, and express themselves. Our Dance & Movement programme provides a joyful, age-appropriate environment where children develop physical confidence, creativity, and self-expression through guided dance, creative movement, and imaginative play.

Each term introduces children to different dance genres and movement styles, including Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Acro-inspired movements. Through fun and structured activities, children develop balance, rhythm, coordination, flexibility, posture, core strength, and body control.

More than just learning dance steps, the programme encourages children to:

  • Move with confidence — Build strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness through purposeful movement.
  • Express themselves — Use movement, voice, emotions, and imagination to communicate ideas and stories.
  • Work together — Develop cooperation, confidence, and social skills through group activities and performances.
  • Discover their creativity — Explore different dance styles while finding their own unique ways to move and express.
