Chinese Speech and Drama

Brought to you by EtonHouse, Zhong Hua Le

This programme aims to nurture in children a love for Mandarin while strengthening their competence in the language.

Using classic stories and games, children experience character roles, solve difficulties, adapt plots, and even make their own props! We inculcate moral values and virtues《弟子规》from traditional Chinese teachings with a modern twist.

Sensory Art

Brought to you by The Eton Explorers

This term, children explore how colours, shapes, and patterns work together to create expressive and meaningful art.

Through guided projects using paint, clay, and mixed media, they learn to blend colours, recognise gradients, and use art to express emotions and ideas.

  • Explore primary and secondary colours through hands-on art activities
  • Learn colour blending, shading, and contrast using paint and oil pastels
  • Create art inspired by techniques such as pointillism, mosaic, and mixed media
  • Express creativity through sculpture and painting projects
  • Strengthen focus, fine motor coordination, and confidence in art-making
abacus

Abacus

Brought to you by Fun with Abacus

Fun with Abacus’s Abacus and Mental Arithmetic programme aims to help the children to count confidently and have a good head start for the Primary school numeracy journey.

Each lesson consists of group teaching and classwork. Children will learn the new concept during the group lesson and then proceed to do individual work to revise the lesson learnt.

(The Abacus materials given out are required for the next lesson)

Phonics and Literacy

Brought to you by Absolute Minds

Our Phonics Programme equips young learners with a strong foundation in early literacy.

Through systematic instruction in letter-sound relationships, blending, segmenting, and sight word recognition, children develop confident reading and spelling skills.

Interactive activities, stories, and games make learning engaging and enjoyable, while supporting pronunciation and fluency.

Designed to nurture a love for reading, the programme enhances literacy readiness and builds confidence, ensuring students are well-prepared for future academic success.

Young Scientists

Brought to you by The Eton Explorers

Discover the science behind how things work, move, and change!

In this hands-on programme, children will explore the wonders of science in everyday life and in nature.

Through fun experiments and guided inquiry, they will observe, test, and make discoveries about how materials behave, how inventions help us, and how vehicles move.

Each session encourages curiosity and builds critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
